Adrian Cohen manages his personal business investments, including real estate interests and one of the largest home security alarm dealerships in Wisconsin, and has done so since 1995. He also consults on behalf of small business startups. From 1990 to 1995, he started and built a company that distributed U.S. films on video in Eastern Europe. The company became the exclusive distributor for several major studios, and was acquired in 1995 by one of the biggest U.S. independent video distributors.
From 1982 to 1990, Mr. Cohen was an associate and then a partner with the Milwaukee law firm of Charne, Clancy & Taitelman S.C., with a practice emphasis in commercial litigation, commercial and consumer lending and lobbying at the state level.
Mr. Cohen was a law clerk to Hon. Harlington Wood, Jr., U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, from 1980 to 1982. He has been a board member for numerous not-for-profit organizations, and is currently a trustee for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern Wisconsin.
