Molson Coors Beverage Co. appointed former Kohler Co. executive Natalie Maciolek as the Chicago-based beer manufacturer's new chief legal and government affairs officer.

Maciolek begins her position Sept. 5 and will report to Molson Coors president and CEO Gavin Hattersley. Her position will be based in Chicago, and she will oversee all legal matters within Molson Coors (NYSE: TAP). She replaces Anne-Marie D'Angelo, who held the role since 2021.

“Natalie’s breadth of experience providing trusted and strategic counsel will be a tremendous asset to Molson Coors and our legal team across the globe,” Hattersley said in a press release. “She’s an extremely people-centric leader and impressed me with her focus on supporting and growing employees, which has been a hallmark of her 20+ year career.”

Maciolek most recently worked as the senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Kohler Co. She was with the company for the last 10 years. She also previously served as a partner for Milwaukee-based Quarles & Brady LLP from 2004-2011.

Maciolek is a University of Wisconsin Law School graduate. She received her bachelor's degree in government from Georgetown University. Maciolek also serves as a 2023 campaign cabinet member of the United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County.

She also has a past connection to Molson Coors, serving as a law clerk for the Miller Brewing Co. in Milwaukee in the summer of 2002.

"I was attracted to the company's family roots, values, and commitment to putting people first," Maciolek said in the release. "It’s an exciting time for the company, and I look forward to working together to achieve our ambition."
